It is within this context that the Russian Indian Chamber for Science, Culture, Commerce and Collaborative Advancement (RIS3C) has been established. The Chamber serves as a dedicated institutional platform to deepen collaboration, strengthen cooperation, and foster civilizational partnership between the Russian Federation and the Republic of India. Its mission is to contribute to mutual prosperity and to the co-creation of a peaceful, equitable, and sustainable world order.
As a chamber of collaboration, RIS3C seeks to realise its objectives through the following avenues:
