An MBA and PhD in Economics, Mr Kosmisnky is a policy expert in Financial sector. He has established and lead several industry associations and managed collaborationcs with federal and Regional government structures. His Key expertise is mentoring enterpreneurs, parnerships, government relations, public administration, investment, fintech & crowdfunding.

He is responsible for the strategic establishment and development of the Chamber as a sustainable business platform.

Ajay Kandimalla

Director

A seasoned professional with a Master of Technology in Mechanical Engineering and over 35 years of experience in international trade. Educated in the former Soviet Union, with strong proficiency in the Russian language and a deep understanding of Russian customs, business culture, and market practices. Demonstrates extensive expertise in global market operations, business development, and strategic investment across diverse sectors. An active investor in the automotive parts and pharmaceutical industries, with a proven ability to establish and nurture cross-border partnerships that drive long-term growth. Recognized for a strong grasp of industrial processes, supply chain optimization, and the dynamics of emerging markets, consistently delivering value through innovation, strategic foresight, and operational excellence.

Yulia Rozhko

Director

A leader experienced in building teams for international projects, Yulia’s professional background includes work at the Bank of Russia and Rosatom State Corporation, including on a nuclear power plant construction project outside of Russia.

She is responsible for building an effective Chamber team capable of operating in a multicultural environment.

Vladimir Kulakov

Project Manager
A graduate of the Moscow State Linguistic University, Vladimir has management experience in the fields of translation/interpreting business and key account management for international organizations. He ensures the operational activities and precise communication for the Chamber’s primary initiatives, serving as a liaison among partners.
